The whole process of purchase / collection and aftersales care was 100% efficient. I travelled 400 miles as a full trip to collect the car and it was well worth it. If you are lucky enough that Lookers are your nearest VW main dealer then you are very lucky. Unable to fault the service - communication and customer service top class.
