The car has developed a leak with water coming into the vehicle. The efforts to find where the water gets in took far longer than originally planned. At this time the cause of the fault cannot be identified which means that I need to monitor it to determine when the water comes in. This isn’t hugely satisfactory. However the Service Advisor, Claire, was superb at keeping me informed about what was going on. I can’t praise her enough
