Jane Skelton was fantastic. She took care of everything both at check-in and collection and was so friendly. We swapped our thoughts on both owning a T-Roc and I'd rate her personally as A* and recommend her to anyone. Extremely professional service and peace of mind that the work will be done properly. Great communication with Jane who explained the whole process clearly.

Excellent all round and easy to use I can’t fault this dealership at all especially my contact for the duration of my cars stay - which was 3 months! - being Rachel Scott - she has been extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole process keeping in touch and even when she’s been on leave, making sure I have been updated on my cars developments. If it was not for Rachel I think this rating would be far lower- she is a star player in the lookers team in my opinion.
