Would be good if it took mileage into account, I guessed which service I needed and turned out this was the 10k package not the 20k one. Getting back in the car and Heart XMAS was playing...

I could not check in as it didn't seem to know me and when I found my way around that the choice of a service was not apparent. Saying that the telephone service that I then used was excellent. Very pleasant staff who kept me informed throughout, coffee included. The service was done efficiently and quickly. No fuss. Great service.

Initial enquiry was handled by the call centre and an appointment booked however the car wasn’t actually there (they called to let me know an hour before the app) However, I called in later that day and Johnathan introduced himself, explained about the car, listened to my needs for the car and presented exceptionally well. Sorted a test drive out a few days later and looked at all options for me. Unfortunately we couldn’t agree a deal but I was really impressed by Johnathans sales process and presentation

James Coulson was very helpful going through the controls and even setting the clock ready for the end of BST which was the next day.
