The name on the online documents was addressed incorrectly for some reason. Instead of Mrs, it referred to Mr and was quite upsetting at the time as my husband died last year . The previous documents I had received for last and this years service documents were appropriately addressed to me . On meeting Claire, I pointed this out to her and she immediately corrected the mistake. Clare was friendly and professional and kept me up to date at appropriate intervals and did not hesitate to answer any questions I asked. She also apologised for the unforeseen extended length of waiting for the jobs to be completed ie x3 new tyres and a few checks. She informed me that there was a problem with the wheel balancing machine and this had caused the delay. She also apologised for the arctic conditions we all had to endure until the heating engineers repaired the fault. I very much appreciated her honest, friendly and informative approach.
