Steve from the used car sales side has been fantastic over the last couple of months whilst we have been tryjng to decide on which car we wanted. Although we didn't end up purchasing a used car from Silverlink we have purchased a new car from another VW dealer as they had a new Arteon available. Based on the service we will be bringing the Arteon to Lookers Silvetlink for servicing.

The sales rep was Simon Dixon, he went above and beyond from the moment i walked in to the day i picked up my new car. Simon helped with retaining my private reg, cancelling my old tax, everything was made so simple by Simon.he explained things through out, I was always kept informed of the progress and everything was explained clearly. Right down to contacting me the day after i collected my new car to see how if I had any questions or queries, he made the whole experience smooth, enjoyable and totally stress free
