Staff as usual very polite and friendlyUnfortunately VW do not do what I want, ideally a full hybrid car.I did look at a t -cross unfortunately this car was not suitable, manual hand brake, no keyless entry, key ignition, in other words old fashioned.I also looked at the T-Roc unfortunately to get the spec I wanted it was far to expensive and I refuse to to add on what I call basics no car had what I wanted and could afford.

Acknowledged on first visit and card given (Simon Dixon). When I returned every effort was made to get the correct cars I wished to test drive. This made the difference between me buying with you, or somewhere else. No pressure was applied to choose between 2 models, just information and support. I appreciated this. Simon was friendly, professional and bent over backwards to accom0date us. The Sales Manager was also very helpful.

We were pleased to have been looked after by Matt. He sold us a car previously in June 21 and both then and again this May he gave us so much time, care and information.Sadly due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, we were not able to proceed with our purchase.We hope to resolve matters during this year and hope to come back for a replacement car then.
