I have to admit the service since I made the initial enquiry by phone to the day I car was handed to me was absolutely fantastic. The sales man was called Matt Brent. His Customer service was absolutely fantastic. He was just an ease to talk. Salesmen are always the most honest people but I have to admit Matt was so straight to the point and honest with everything. Nothing was hidden and brushed under the carpet. The travel going to this VW branch was worth it compared to the local one. I hope the survey is looked at and Matt does get his recognition for all his hard work. Even after collecting the car, he is still there and in contact to make sure everything is okay. Smashed it. Thank you
