Scott and the team at Lookers provided a great service when handling an on-going intermittent issue with my car. They were able to take the car in at short notice on a number of occasions and provide a courtesy car whilst investigating the on-going issue.

It was only a mot but was down to be dropped off in the morning and done by 4pm. I explained that I needed the car fairly quickly . He said he would see what they could do . Not expecting anything it was turned around in two hours !!!

Poor user interface.I didn't like the check in on line. It kept telling me I was unable to check in. Tried for about 20 mins making me late at the garage. When I got there they had my check in information
