Car came in for 2nd service pre xmas. I noticed engine oil over filled and reported. No response. I also reported on survey form and requested contact. No response. Cat now developed loud boom/vibration. Tried booking it in . Long wait for diagnostic check. Not at all happy.

My experience with lookers buying my Audi A1 was great. Pierre could not have done more he was patient explained everything, wasn’t in your face like some car salesmen. He was very polite and professional would certainly advise any of my friends to look for a car at your showroom and would use them again myself. 10/10 thank you

Our 2018 VW Sharan has done 72000 miles. The timing belt has snapped and I feel this is significantly early for this vehicle

I gave this score as the car wasn’t in my price range this time. I was offered £4000 contribution and I notice now it’s on an offer £5000 contribution towards a new vehicle.Carl was excellent in communication and help with things I needed and recommended a test drive again but the only reason I have given 4 stars is because this time the deal wasn’t the best price for me.

Our car was recovered to this branch under warranty for a snapped pipe fitting causing a coolant leak. This was repaired by the branch under warranty and the car broke down again the next day, again with a coolant leak and steam coming from the bonnet. We called roadside assistance out who confirmed it was a pipe related to the previous repair that was damaged and causing this leak. The recovery technician taped the pipe temporarily to bring the car back to the dealer. On Saturday the car was recovered back to the dealer. We asked the service advisor about a courtesy car a was told that VW UK would be in touch to arrange a car. They were not.We then called VW UK ourselves to be told that they couldn’t provide a car, as this wasn’t a genuine breakdown, but was a failed repair; therefore meaning the repairing dealer must provide the courtesy car.We then went back to the dealer on that same Saturday and spoke to one of the managers (service department was closed), who simply couldn’t care less! He repeatedly told us he has no tools to help us and that we should just ring on Monday to check availability of a car. We checked with him if there was even a car to take, and he said they’d have to see what they have; so again, no guarantee at all of a car. We’re now 4 days in and with no courtesy car at all. We were contacted on Monday by the dealer reporting that they couldn’t find an issue with the car and tried returning it. We told them about the pipe that had failed, and they went to have a look again. We also asked about a courtesy car again, and were told that we could have a car on Tuesday morning; and our car would be repaired by the Tuesday evening… (way too late now).To combat this, we’ve had to borrow a car of our own, which has now cost us £48 in insurance alone, simply just to keep moving as no one wanted to help us at all. We also asked to speak to the service manager on this call, so the service advisor went to find him. She then came back to the phone and said “he said there’s nothing we can do on that one”. Again, just left with nothing and not even an apology from anyone for the stress, hassle, and now funds it’s taken us to stay on the road, all because of a repair that the dealer had failed to carry out in the first place. To date, we’re expecting the car back today (Tuesday), after 4 days now of zero help from the responsible dealer at all…Absolutely appalling service, repairs, and communication on the whole. We ask that this matter be investigated in full, as we’re now paying for the dealer’s mistake!

Booked appointment to view and then to test drive if car was OK, when we got to the site, was told car had been reserved by somebody else! Even if you get past the fact that is disrespectful in itself, we could avoided trip all together if we knew about it. Sales guy did at least have courtesy to show us the car, but was "just in case the others pulled out" Dissappointing all around and wasted my time and you guys complain all the time about time wasting customers!!

Quick response, informative, listened to what I wanted and needed.

Rang your branch not long after receiving my vehicle, the offside head lamp was full of water or condensation not long after receiving the car, I rang your branch and said nothing can be done left it at that.I short while after another vault surfaced I again rang told nothing can be done, (the fault this time was the skirt that ran along the Cill partly came away from the body) i got this repaired,)Over a number of times during 2025 I have regularly topped up the tyre pressure on front N/S wheel,My dad suggested replace both front tyres as there was probably only few more months of legal tread left this was done today 29/03/26the fitter discovered the reason why the pressure was being periodically topped up,He discovered that a botched weld on the out side of the rim , there is no doubt this was present at the time of sale photo is available for your interest if required,The tyre fitter said you have been lucky that you have not had a blow out,Bearing in mind you do a full pre vehicle check before sale of the goods, can you please advise before I seek any necessary legal or sale of good act,
