Reception staff were extremely unhelpful, and lacked any level of communication skills. The service team however stepped in and were fantastic. And Steven from used car sales was also fantastic.

Steve from the used car sales side has been fantastic over the last couple of months whilst we have been tryjng to decide on which car we wanted. Although we didn't end up purchasing a used car from Silverlink we have purchased a new car from another VW dealer as they had a new Arteon available. Based on the service we will be bringing the Arteon to Lookers Silvetlink for servicing.

The sales rep was Simon Dixon, he went above and beyond from the moment i walked in to the day i picked up my new car. Simon helped with retaining my private reg, cancelling my old tax, everything was made so simple by Simon.he explained things through out, I was always kept informed of the progress and everything was explained clearly. Right down to contacting me the day after i collected my new car to see how if I had any questions or queries, he made the whole experience smooth, enjoyable and totally stress free

Very informative, not pushy

Staff as usual very polite and friendly Unfortunately VW do not do what I want, ideally a full hybrid car. I did look at a t -cross unfortunately this car was not suitable, manual hand brake, no keyless entry, key ignition, in other words old fashioned. I also looked at the T-Roc unfortunately to get the spec I wanted it was far to expensive and I refuse to to add on what I call basics no car had what I wanted and could afford.

Acknowledged on first visit and card given (Simon Dixon). When I returned every effort was made to get the correct cars I wished to test drive. This made the difference between me buying with you, or somewhere else. No pressure was applied to choose between 2 models, just information and support. I appreciated this. Simon was friendly, professional and bent over backwards to accom0date us. The Sales Manager was also very helpful.
