Booking in took around 20 mins and I should have been advised that my vehicle did not require a service as yet. In any case I did have a warranty issue which was resolved speedily by the team - even accommodating me a day early!

The colleague (Ian Lowry) who was my liaison person was friendly, professional and helpful. He went out of his way to find my perfect vehicle and was great on email and keeping me in the loop. There was no hard sell and although he went through the various products on offer, when I declined them, he did not try to persuade but simply moved on. Great service and I bought a car, so good result all round.
