I found the experience from the mechanic who held open the door for me when I arrived to the happy and friendly receptionist to Pierrre the sales guy to be very welcoming and professional. Very pleasant no pressure experience excellent product at a fair price will definitely return again. The service I got at silverlink was streets ahead of the experience I had earlier in the week at another dealer in Sunderland nothing was any trouble at silverlink definitely went the extra mile
