Brett at silverlink branch was actually amazing! Kept me updated regularly on delivery, sorted everything out from the minute I walked in until we collected the car. Could not recommend Brett and vw enough for the perfect experience we had. I hope he gets some deserved recognition for this. . Jools Rutherford

Can’t fault the team, but the price is the only reason I can’t give 5 stars. I only used Lookers as my deal was with them and I don’t want to risk it effecting the price of the vehicle when returning. Once my PCP deal is over, I will most likely return the vehicle and find cheaper alternatives, due to the heavy pricing.
