I got a call to book the car in well in advance, I booked in on the day with the information supplied by the on line link. The staff are welcoming and polite, informative and helpful. The waiting area is comfortable, clean and it has a free drinks service a very good one at that.

Great experience. Loved the personal touch. I will likely be contacting again soon to proceed. (Tempted by the golf mk8.5 after looking into it a bit so going to stick with my current car for a little while longer, though it is having some issues!)
