I dealt with Pierre in particular for the sale of my previous car and for the PCP agreement for my new car. I was keen to get it done quickly which meant paperwork was done remotely as I’m based in Scotland. He was polite, professional and couldn’t be more helpful in getting me sorted quickly! When I drove to the dealership for pickup everyone was friendly and made the whole thing seamless! Thanks again

Darren was splendid - very helpful and professional to deal with. I can only think of one sales exec better than him but sadly she doesn’t work at VW anymore as she left to pursue a career in the beer industry. She was beautiful, funny and excellent in every way.
