Simple to use. Good, helpful experience at reception and car service went according to plan. However, the car was not washed upon completion of service as was promised. After discussing this issue with the service team, it was arranged for my car to be washed at a later date.

Nichole explained the dash layout ,switches , controls and the info system. She even imput our mobiles into the system. Nichole walked around the car with us to ensure all was to our satisfaction. Nichola was very polite and cheerful and nothing was a problem. Excellent service.
