I forget that my service was due in on the day it was originally meant, I was extremely apologetic and they were so understanding. They rang up asking if everything was okay with me before saying ‘your car was meant to in for its service’, they were so lovley and got me booked straight in without an issue for the week after. When I dropped it off, I handed the keys over no problems at all, they reassured me that my car was in the right hands and they’d look after it as-well as my experience. Got an updated video when car was just about ready to collect, and also they cleaned inside and out with was just an added bonus! - Scott deals with us when we go in for anything

Darren was great and kept us informed on the progress of the car during the manufacturing delays. He was quite helpful and guaranteed the process ran as smooth as possible

Scott and the team at Lookers provided a great service when handling an on-going intermittent issue with my car. They were able to take the car in at short notice on a number of occasions and provide a courtesy car whilst investigating the on-going issue.

It was only a mot but was down to be dropped off in the morning and done by 4pm. I explained that I needed the car fairly quickly . He said he would see what they could do . Not expecting anything it was turned around in two hours !!!

Poor user interface. I didn't like the check in on line. It kept telling me I was unable to check in. Tried for about 20 mins making me late at the garage. When I got there they had my check in information
