I prefer to speak to people. I would have given it all the stars but I only received texts not phone calls and as I had my phone on silent I didn’t know I’d had a few texts. I also could not make out what the guy on the health check was saying so it seemed to be totally pointless.

It was straightforward to book an appointment slot online. The check-in procedure to confirm was also straightforward. Follow up emails and texts were clear and informative. Simply because, for once, I didn't feel pressured into doing work I hadn't requested. I went in for a specific reason. You fulfilled that request with no additional attempts at further selling.
