Hayley Mason was so helpful and attentive. Her greeting was as if she welcoming a long time friend, which I feel as if I have become. All of the actions taken in respect of my vehicle were clearly explained. It was a pleasure to see Hayley again and to be looked after by her. Hayley is a great ambassador for Lookers.
