The service and MOT were carried out by an experienced service professional, I handed the vehicle over the day before and the initial inspection was carried out that day, the initial reception staff were polite, helpful and knowledgeable, I did purchase a service plan as it effectively gave me a free minor servicing, so all in all I was extremely pleased with all aspects.
