Everythng handled in an excellent way, including the delay. The car was handed over three days beyond the forecasted date, and a replacement car was provided to me in the meantime. Really beyond expectations.

Simple and easy to use Took the car for its second year service and ended up buying a new car, I call that excellent salesmanship😀 In addition the buying process was seamless and nothing was too much of an effort for Carl to explain so that I understood the new deal.
