Five stars to the salesman, Steve Robertson, very helpful and knowledgeable. Happy for me to test drive numerous vehicles without complaint. Zero stars for the cleanliness of the car when I picked it up. Filthy. Very disappointed. I expected higher standards from VW. Tarnished my “new car day” experience.
