There was a fault with the headlight cluster and the evac pipe on my car both were covered under warranty and Hayley pulled out all the stops to get the car booked in fixed and back on the road in record time, all while giving excellent customer service and keeping me up to date through out the process

lots of good accurate communication and reminders. Additional work was suggested which gave us time to think things through so we knew what the car required before the day of the service. VW Silverlink did lots of good work on our car, despite some extra jobs that came up, all was finished within 4 hours as was promised.
