This is my 3rd VW and second TROC bought from Carl Blackburn- Silverlink . Carl knows all the features of the car and understands what you are looking for in a vehicle therefore ensuring you buy the right vehicle. Carl is friendly and extremely helpful - his no pressure approach is greatly appreciated as he understands it is a big decision and has to be correct. He ensured that his colleagues were briefed in case I had any queries when he was not at work. I am delighted with my new RLine - Carl took the time on a Friday evening to go through the features of my new car, set up my We connect etc so I left feeling confident with my new vehicle.
