Hayley Mason has always been so very helpful and my latest visit was handled in the usual efficient and courteous way. Nothing is too much trouble. Hayley is a credit to the Dealership. I should in addition mention Scot who is a mind of information and is always helpful.

Top class customer service, from Chloe Mclaughlin expediting my booking so the work could be done to enable us to use the car to go on holiday. Next mention has to go to Kieran Ball who wrestled with my warranty company to request then to undertake additional work they believed I believed they we're liable for. So great service all round and those guys are a credit to Lookers.
