I collected my car today 3/7/26(1530) following a planned service. On collection I noted that the DRL had failed. This was not reported as part of the VHC. Why??I asked the service assistant to report back on a knocking noise from the front suspension- no report receivedCar was not washed or vacuumed. I was offered the vacuum service but my time was at a premium.. why when you said the vehicle was ready for collection was this item not checked.

I have been a customer of lookers since 2020. After recently purchasing the used multivan, I was quite disappointed to say that I would have expected at least a simple valet ready for pick up. There are marks on the plastic, lots of dust and crumbs everywhere. I know this is used however this has not been cleaned up at all. We paid for the guardx protection and wondering why now as the marks on the interior seats have definitely not been attempted to be cleaned. We are now going to have to pay for a valet ourselves to get the new car feeling. If I was to sell my car personally (which i am due to), even after having it 6 year, I wouldnt dream of selling it with crumbs, dirt and marks like the way the multivan came.

Tried to get extended test drive of new Touraeg and told I could have only 45mins max on a car costing over 70k. Mercedes and Land Rover all offered 24hrs plus. Poor really from VW!

Lookers Scotswood have had my car for 8 days now, and every day we've had to chase for updates. Even when staff have promised a call or an email we've had to chase. Nobody is in any way interested in keeping myself or my partner updated -- we're not even asking for calls all the time, we've given them an email address and we've still gotten no communication. I'm currently trying to call the service and repairs department - I've been trying for over half an hour and nobody is answering. Your service is almost non-existent.
