Nothing was too much trouble,answered all my queries very quickly via e-mail.A special shout out to Calvin Bond who was great to deal with,he was very patient with me and as a pensioner that mean’s a lot.

I was disappointed overall given I clicked an advert telling me I could 'find out all there is to know about the new VW ID range'. Then, despite being told I could just turn up, there was no one available to speak to me in the time I was there.

Simon Dixon who I previously dealt with is excellent. His communication and willingness to help is exceptional.

Your experience of submitting your car for a routine service work for it to leave the shop anything less than working order let alone deteriorating is one you might find yourself in a back lane garage.. not one you could anticipate from a dealership level service garage combined with dismissive management, blaming everything but themselves and their quality of workmanship. As a vw customer I believed beyond the customer is right but the customer is important. The ways in which I’ve been dismissed and the helpless scenario I now find myself potentially losing my car and alongside any future relationship I would have with VW brand.
