Aiden at Lookers was great and his handover was excellent. He kept me informed as well as he could on progress of delivery of my car. I do think centrally VW manufacturing need to communicate better with the dealership because Aiden thought my car had been shipped when it hadn’t in July and I had to wait over another 2 months for my car to arrive

Helpful in getting the MOT for my Motability car completed by collecting it and returning it as promised. Staff were responsive to my request to collect the car and return it, made the whole day easier. Good contacts about status throughout.
