Dealing first hand with a service manager at the branch is preferred as through contact the service manager has a better understanding of customer needs. The online system I find is process driven and does not take account of an individual customers requirements. This was particularly important when Jane intervened to bring my wife’s ID3 into the workshop when a clear safety issue arose and the response my wife received was it would have to wait until December. For whatever reason that response was given Jane had the presence of mind to correct that advice. I can’t speak more highly about her listening and informed approach which is a credit firstly to Jane but also Lookers. Jane Skelton was extremely helpful and informed when dealing with my booking and took the time to check that all was in order before my arrival. She also verified that the service I was booking was the correct scheduled type service given the mieage covered.

Special shoutout to Amy Adamson, i think she is fab, always manages to fit me in for any service, responds promptly to my emails, understands the issue and offers the best support. Its like Amy is the first port of call if I have any issues with my car. I really hope they can continue this level of top notch service. Please pass on my feedback for Amy - she is a great asset to the Team. Also Rachel Ancrum is brilliant as well in the Service team.

Travelled up from London to test drive Golf GT and met by Phil. We were handed the keys with a no pressure approach which we appreciated. Phil was very knowledgeable and exceptionally accommodating as we put him through his paces for historical info on the car. On the day of collection, there was a bit of a delay but the service team worked incredibly hard to get the work finished. Phil was brilliant and made sure we were satisfied and happy getting onto the road for our long drive home. The car is a dream; thank you Phil 😊
