I would have easily given you 5 stars, but despite the 120 point check on this car you did not check the windscreen wipers! I was really surprised with it rained and I turned on the wipers to find that they scraped and grated over the windscreen as though it was an old "banger". That is a shame as it is otherwise as new and an absolute delight to drive. I have not yet checked if that was one of the 120 points which were ticked off. If it was, then I begin to wonder about the other 119.

The check-in e-mail gave the wrong time, which had unaccountably got changed in the computer system. However, I was able to correct it by phone, although that meant I couldn't check in online. But in any case, I would rather check in face to face. The work was carried out quickly and effectively, and I was kept well informed.
