The sales person who helped me - Neil - was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He came up with an imaginative suggestion when he was unable to source the Tiguan 4 motion that I wanted. I eventually took up an offer from Audi Newcastle which is similar to the car I have now

Steve Ineson made buying the car one of the best experiences I've had from any dealership over the years. His friendly manner and the way he kept me informed was second to none. When I had some queries about the Touareg that he couldn't answer or sort out, his colleagues came to his rescue (ask about the seats?) and they too were friendly. All were a credit to the dealership and I would have no hesitation in recommending the dealership.

Hire car from Europe car never provided the phone calls never returned we were stuck in hotel if it hadn't been for taxi provided by lookers we could not have got to and from dealership.both Claires at dealership were outstanding.the repair was completed speedily and well.a great dealership.gateshead Europe car disgusting contract should be terminated.

Booked service through website got one price, phoned got another price,central booking, spoke to garage and got another price then got another price when Booked car in. All for the same job , timing belt and water pump ?? A lot better just speaking to the service desk at the actual garage. Plus need to be more realistic on tyres, got 2 £30 each above what pay anywhere else. Have screen shots if needed. Cannot fault actual garage just want specific price and realistic.

My visit revolved around a Front Nearside Tyre Pressure sensor. After 4 attempts this issue still hasn't been resolved. The latest attempt was to take the front NS wheel off and swap with the rear NS wheel to see if the fault followed the wheel or stayed with the front NS sensor. It has stayed with the front nearside sensor. I called the dealership to inform of the fault on Thursday 27th, and await a call to have this fixed. Regards..
