Initial enquiry was handled by the call centre and an appointment booked however the car wasn’t actually there (they called to let me know an hour before the app)However, I called in later that day and Johnathan introduced himself, explained about the car, listened to my needs for the car and presented exceptionally well. Sorted a test drive out a few days later and looked at all options for me. Unfortunately we couldn’t agree a deal but I was really impressed by Johnathans sales process and presentation

James Coulson was very helpful going through the controls and even setting the clock ready for the end of BST which was the next day.
