Took far too long to get an appointment, 4 weeks in total. This is far too long, especially when I was told not to drive the car and no option of a courtesy car. However, once there, staff we're great, efficient and communication was excellent.

The service we received was very professional but it was the personal, friendly approach that made most impact. Paul put us under no pressure at all and made us feel as valued buying a used car as we might have expected buying new. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
