After putting in complaint about bonnet and sat nav not updated I have to say lookers have now sorted out both and I’m now very happy with service, we’ll done vw at Scotswood road five stars plus 👍

Joanne at Scotswood lookers branch went out of her way to sort things out for me even booking my car into Volvo as unfortunately it is a dealer problem and has to go to them . Great service again by Joanne as I have been a repeat customer now at lookers for quite a few years .

Amy Adamson from the Service Team has been absolutely brilliant the way Amy handled all the process smoothly right from the start whilst my car was in overnight for a tyre repair and an investigation. Amy was prompt with communications and kept me updated with all the relevant advise regarding how to proceed with the investigation. I believe Amy is an asset to the team and all this makes my experience at VW Lookers Newcastle enjoyable so far!

I was offered £12000 for my car which I agreed. You kept £8500 for the deposit on my new car which I drove away last Wednesday. However the remainder of £3500 has not been paid into my bank account yet and I wonder when I will get it?
