Rachel was lovely to deal with. Rachel did call me on the morning to arrange collection of my vehicle and she did notify me that the hoses had frozen over night so apologised for not being able to wash my car. She even offered that I could drop it in on a milder day and it would be washed free of charge which was very nice to hear. I picked my car up and the interior seats and carpets had been hoovered which was nice, however when I went to put some shopping in the boot, the boot hadn’t been touched which I was disappointed with. I may be mistaken but I’m sure when I’ve had my other cars in for works or service in the past that the dashboard etc has been cleaned also but this wasn’t done. I’ve returned back to a Benfield/Lookers because I also felt that even though I was paying a premium price for a product I always received a premium service. On this occasion I do feel my expectation was let down slightly.

The experience picking a car was ok I had a good idea what I wanted unfortunately that car was not on the list but the next best was available so it was ordered 3 months ago I have not heard that it has been accepted or when the delivery date is

Had a little mix up with MOT costs when buying the car initially and said mix up being confirmed on the phone when booking MOT/service. However Jane Skelton (who I dealt with on the day) was very kind in ensuring that the mix up was resolved and managed to get me a discount on both the MOT and fuel treatment, plus secured me half price MOT for 2024 as well. I was satisfied with the speed of the service, MOT and communication throughout also. Nice little touch of the air freshener and a clean car to return to too!
