Excellent service from senior service member Amy who is the total professional answering the queries I had to my satisfaction. Not forgetting receptionist Nicola who provided me with a refreshing cup coffee. Great service from dropping off to picking up.

The warranty package needs to be clarified better. The details seem to infer that checks need to be done on 12 monthly basis, these checks are more or less identical to the checks carried out during a service. As the service needs to be paid for it seems a bit contradictory. Why pay for something twice… Also the 2 years MOT cover suggests in my view two MOT’s that is not the case, you pay for your MOT, if it fails then I believe Lookers does the necessary repair under warranty. Problem here is the price of the MOT, at Lookers it’s currently £54, but you can get that done at other garages for under £30, but your cover does not then apply….??
