Dear Lookers Volkswagen Customer Services,I am writing regarding a Volkswagen Approved Used vehicle (registration YO72UDX) purchased from Lookers Volkswagen on 29 November 2025.Unfortunately, the vehicle failed to start on 12 January 2026, and roadside assistance advised that further inspection at a Volkswagen service centre is required, possibly due to a battery issue.As I have owned the vehicle for only a short time, I would kindly appreciate your assistance in reviewing this matter and discussing the possibility of a suitable solution, including a replacement vehicle if appropriate.I would appreciate a brief written response within 7 days.Kind regards,Chin Hung Wan
