We can't speak more highly of him than he was absolutely wonderful, I have never been treated with such respect and nothing was too much trouble for him. Only negative comment would be quality of the valet upon collection of vehicle. Interior front hoovered, interior rear not. Exterior paint work jet washed but road traffic residue still very evident. Clearly no bucket and sponge used. Maybe that needs a risk assessment and method statement? Otherwise, service team polite and efficient. Thanks.

Too expensive

Had to return as service book had not been updated

My car had to be brought in for attention because of a number of dashboard warning lights. This was complicated by the fact that this occurred immediately after bumping a car park bollard. Rachel Ancrum on service reception was patient and helpful as we tried to get agreement with my insurers.

Fantastic effort from the staff to make the experience of buying a car. It was a very personal touch making sure the needs of a car meet the person instead of just another customer and hitting targets
