From my initial phone call to book my MOT with Lookers Scotswood , I received a very high level of professional, friendly and knowledgeable service.

Lauryn Stolk was excellent, very helpful and good communication. I had to return to the dealership the week after picking up my vehicle as there were some minor marks on the paintwork, Lauryn dealt with this straight away and it is booked to be sorted. Thanks again, I love my new car!

Staff at the dealership were really helpful, and got me booked in within 2 days. The only bad thing about my experience was when I initially called by phone the wait just for my car to be seen was over a month, which is not good enough. I was very happy when I took my car to the dealership in person and they got me booked in almost straight away.
