this is the second vehicle bought through lookers scotswood, james coulson our salesman was brilliant, he kept us informed after the car was ordered, week 48 car went in production, car arrived in port, etc, little things but it was nice to be kept up to date. handover went brilliantly sat in the car, went through controls and electrics, even programmed the mobiles! a very satisfactory experience, well done, lookers!!

To be fair. We don't ask about a service plan either. Travelling to Newcastle to service the car will of been difficult. If they could service the car at a branch in Sunderland. Service plan might of been beneficial to us at the time. We couldn't fault the level of communication we received from Paul.
