From our initial enquiry when we met Gavin we have been very impressed with the service. We didn't initially intend to buy a car but he sold it to us. Gavin passed us over to James who communicated with us on a regular basis, sending video updates about the stage of manufacture of the car. James responded knowledgeably about electric charge points etc. Picking up the car was a very pleasant experience, James explained everything, he was very patient. Gavin also came to say hello and to check we were happy with our purchaser. James also followed up on 2 occasions to check if everything was OK. Love the car, our first automatic and first hybrid. Thank you for everything.

The online pre booking connection crashed several times and would not allow me to book in. When I tried the following morning, the link had been closed.
