Great Brand Staff and overall service

The whole dealership as a team (including the service side also - particularly Claire on the service side ) are brilliant. I would like to highlight particularly Michael Cunningham in used car sales as particularly excellent, a highly efficient, effective, and personable salesperson with an excellent customer manner and a " nothing is too much touble " attitidue looking after both myself and my partners car purchases. As well as VW cars being excellent, this mainly is why I always return to Lookers (the wholeteam, who also accomodate us so nicely as busy parents of two young children jugggling a lot! ). Might I also thank Simon the used car sales manager for his friendly and fair approach when exhanging existing vehicles, and also adding the nice extra of Gardex especially in these present economic times! - very grateful.

James coulson was my contact at Lookers: he was excellent, kept me well informed and explained the whole process from start to finish. I'm completely satisfied with the way I was treated. Many thanks.

The guy we dealt with - Phil - was first class. He took time to explain things and answered all our questions. He rang me the day after I had taken the car home to check all was well. The windshield wipers were scraping and without hesitation he told me to bring it back at my convenience to get a new set put on. My husband and I are are delighted with the service. We feel we and the car are in good hands with this garage.

I really appreciate all the help and support I got from Michael. He helped with things that the general salesman wouldn't bother with, really went above and beyond! Can't thank him enough and love my new car
