We were pleased to be greeted straightaway and that our salesman Dean was waiting for us. We cannot rate the service he provided highly enough. There was a blend of professionalism and friendliness that was just right from beginning to end . The only reason for not purchasing the car is that am downsizing and decided I need something smaller than the ID3 but it was a close thing I will keep an eye on the ID 2 when released
