The woman running the services department on Saturday 14th January at Lookers Scotswood Road was fabulous. So polite and attentive despite being rushed off her feet. A credit to the dealership.

The dealership were very good in all aspects, sadly though the VW Warranty scheme has meant that I now have to pay for a repair that really should be covered. With that in mind I’ll certainly look elsewhere for future servicing and repair works.

The reception lady that booked me in for my service was Rachel and the very limited and courteous . and the lady that looked after me booking in my car on the day of the service was also very pleasant and helpful and courteous I think her name was AIMEE ?? Thank you .
