Looking back at the first interaction I am disappointed that I was not made fully aware of the build specification of the Tiguan and now regret taking some of the options taken. Three months down the line a different member of staff took over my purchase however whilst he was very good it was too late to change the specifications. You need to ensure all options/changes are fully discussed to allow the purchaser to make an informed decision
