Staff at the dealership were really helpful, and got me booked in within 2 days. The only bad thing about my experience was when I initially called by phone the wait just for my car to be seen was over a month, which is not good enough.I was very happy when I took my car to the dealership in person and they got me booked in almost straight away.

Your staff at the scotswood road VW are amazing fully explained start to finish how my vehicle would be dealt with as fault was on my vehicle when I bought it from a different dealership. Customer service second to none. Well done VW Lookers a business that is getting it very right.
