Super staff in all departments dealt with in sorting a strange noise on our car.

This is the second new car I have bought from Lookers Newcastle and one of the reasons was the helpfulness of all the staff I have encountered. Unlike other dealerships who told me what I should have and the extras I needed, Lookers Newcastle found out what I wanted and put together a package accordingly. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I was kept up to date with the build progress of the car.

He was very kind, patient and helpful and has probably been the only salesman to ever give us outstanding after purchase care too. Very pleased with the service I received. Staff were very friendly and informative. Staff kept me up to date with the work which was carried out and also explained why the warning light on the dashboard had appeared. This was then rectified.
