Both David and Phil were really helpful and approachable and there to help without over pressurising a sale. I am very grateful for their approach and patience as I really struggle with the usual car sales approach and environment and they gave the right amount of time, support and information to make informed choices. It reached a point where I was only looking at the Newcastle Lookers branch to buy a car. More of a talk through of what was where when I came to collect the car would have been appreciated but other than that great support and service.

Calls seem to go through to a call centre first and it is sometimes difficult to speak to someone at the dealership and call centre can't handle queries involving courtesy cars (the reason for answer to question 2). Please consider alternatives to Europcar (scores above do not reflect their poor performance).
