I would just like to say a massive thank you to Michael at Scotswood Road, this was my first time buying a car and after being badly let down by Arnold Clark and only passing my test a few weeks before, he went through everything with me patiently and professionally. The woman running the services department on Saturday 14th January at Lookers Scotswood Road was fabulous. So polite and attentive despite being rushed off her feet. A credit to the dealership.

The dealership were very good in all aspects, sadly though the VW Warranty scheme has meant that I now have to pay for a repair that really should be covered. With that in mind I’ll certainly look elsewhere for future servicing and repair works.

Customer service was really good, we just can’t flip to electric for the main car with the current range.
