I’ve had terrible experiences with a couple of the VWs I’ve owned previously so I dread coming in to get my vehicle serviced however - this visit was a pleasure. Rachael looked after me, we sorted a service plan and before I knew it - my car was sorted and good to go. Thank you

I had to return to the dealership as when I got home I found the tray that is attached below the engine was on the back seat of the car! On returning to the dealership my service advisor had left for the day however another advisor,Amy Adamson, dealt with the problem in a timely and efficient manner. This issue will not stop me using Lookers in the future but suggest you review your procedures to prevent this happening again.
